Wellness:

Sauna €9.00 per person/day

Visitor’s tax:

The municipality of Ruhpolding charges a separate visitor’s tax. This amounts to €2.60 per night for each person aged 16 and over, and €1.40 for children aged 6 to 15. No visitor’s tax is charged for children aged 0 to 5.

Invoice and Payment:

You can settle this contactlessly using a debit or Maestro card, debit card, MasterCard, VISA card, or in cash.

Rooms:

Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. If you are arriving after 8:00 p.m., please notify us by phone at +49 8663 9393.

Dogs / Pets:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dogs or other pets.

Reservation:

Emails are considered binding reservations. The guidelines of the Hotel Association Germany (IHA) e.V. apply.

Conclusion of contract:

The contract comes into effect through the acceptance of the customer's request by the hotel. The hotel may confirm the room booking in written form. Contractual partners are the hotel and the customer. If a third party has made the booking on behalf of the customer, they shall be jointly and severally liable with the customer for all obligations arising from the accommodation contract, provided the hotel has received a corresponding declaration from the third party. All claims against the hotel shall generally become statute-barred after one year from the start of the statutory limitation period. Claims for damages shall become statute-barred, regardless of knowledge, after five years. These shortened limitation periods do not apply to claims based on a wilful or grossly negligent breach of duty by the hotel.

Cancellation:

Cancellations are only valid in writing. In the case of short-notice cancellations or early departures, we will charge the price for the entire length of stay in accordance with the guidelines of the Hotel Association Germany (IHA) e.V. The contract between the guest and the hotel is concluded on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Accommodation Agreement. A cancellation of the room booking is generally possible free of charge until 6:00 p.m. two days before the arrival date. In the case of shorter cancellation periods or no-shows, we charge 80% of the booking price. Different deadlines for free cancellation may apply to bookings during periods with special conditions (e.g. major sporting events such as the Biathlon World Cup or trade fairs). We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Travel safely – cancellation without risk:

To ensure you are reimbursed for any possible financial losses in the event of cancellation or early termination of your stay – for example due to illness, accident or unemployment, even within the family – we recommend the hotel cancellation cover provided by our partner Allianz Travel.
